(Deceased) Mr. Anderson passed away in 2025 but will be remembered. Mr. Anderson graduated with a Bachelor’s in Political Science from San Francisco State University. He got his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley (Boalt Hall). At Boalt, he earned Best Oral Argument in Moot Court and the American Jurisprudence award in Contracts.
He began his legal career at the Westside law firm of Manatt, Phelps & Phillips where he specialized in Securities and Banking law. He then moved on to Western Federal Savings & Loan Association in Marina del Rey. There he started as Assistant General Counsel and subsequently was promoted to Senior Vice President – Loan Operations. After leaving Western Federal Savings he helped to develop several start-up ventures in communications and recycling. He continues to serve as general counsel for these entities as well as function in various business capacities, usually marketing.
He is was a professor at Abraham Lincoln University specializing in Contracts and business related courses. He was one of the first gay divorces in California successfully filing for divorce in 2012. He handled the case entirely by himself. He has co-authored the book The Promises Game – How to Actually Do What You Want to Do, published
in 2013.
(Founder) Mr. Jung, is no longer with the firm as of June 15, 2026, but was one of the founders of the firm with Mr. Anderson. Mr. Jung has over eight years experience working in civil litigation, family law, contracts, class action lawsuits and forensics and has over four years of experience in teaching associate, masters and doctorates level courses. He has dealt with complex family law cases, contract disputes, insurance disputes, contract formation, mediation and child custody. He has made over 100 Superior Court appearances including restraining orders, evidentiary hearings for move away child custody cases and ex-parte motions for emergency discovery without notice and class action lawsuits. Mr. Jung has prepared motions, trial questions, closing statements, exhibit books, complex depositions, defended numerous depositions and represented clients in mediation and arbitration matters.
Daniel Jung holds a Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law (Scholarship Recipient), and a B.S. in Psycho-Biology, Minor in Cognitive Science and a Specialization in Computing from U.C.L.A.
Mr. Jung on his free time has also helped non-profit organizations with legal issues and founded a non-profit legal clinic helping those individuals that can’t afford an attorney.
